The magic of cinema is capable of creating a world whose boundaries are set to within the frame, concealing what we do not wish to see.

What is close is hidden, whereas what is far is shown.

The camera does not require reality to be beautiful in its totality, instead, it simply focuses on what truly is. Similarly, faced with challenging nearby surroundings, the project allows for bestowing transparency upon the landscape, for focusing on what is far while generating an intimacy of sorts when facing the immediate urban fabric.

Situated in the Ecotone that exists between the two main ecosystems in urban planning – the city and the countryside –, the building incorporates the air and greenery that flow outside like a screen of sorts, domesticating the relationship with the outside, swelling until reaching the plot’s boundaries.
